About us

The two of us met in Zurich in 1984. At the time, Zurich was the seat of Process Oriented Psychology or Process Work, a daughter of Jungian psychology.

Jean-Claude was a co-founder of the Research Society for Process Oriented Psychology in Zurich, with Arnold Mindell and colleagues. Arlene and Jean-Claude were co-founders and central trainers for the Process Work training in the UK, RSPOPUK, and are affiliated with Portland Process Work Institute ( Process Work Center of Portland). We are both also active in GPI (Global Process Institute), co-founders of CFOR ( Community Force for Change), and are affiliated with many colleagues and NGO’s internationally.

We facilitate and teach seminars internationally, individually as well as together. We consult in organizations as well as work with individual clients and supervise students.

We have also worked with theatre companies, and many performers, musicians and other artists in London, LA and Berlin, teaching, coaching, devising and directing. We spend much of our time between London and Geneva. Jean-Claude and Arlene have written various articles in the fields of theatre, mental health, conflict resolution and body work.
