The creative process

Process Work is about the creative way of nature. Its methods are great to explore the current or direction of a project, a piece, and you could say the creativity of life itself. There are many patterns of creativity, whether you are incubating in an egg, or flaring from tension and friction, working hard, or having a burst of insight. What feels most creative is to get to know and ride these patterns as they arise, rather than feeling only at their mercy or sunk. Creativity is not about overcoming nature, but getting to know her, moment to moment. We are putting together many ideas and our experiences from many years of teaching seminars and working with artists, into a book about Creativity
